Our Guarantee and Returns Policies

R. Hanauer will gladly accept the return of any unused product provided that the product was purchased directly from R. Hanauer. There must be an original invoice created by R. Hanauer enclosed with the returned product. Outgoing freight charges will not be credited. Returns are usually processed within one week of receiving them. Please be aware that it may take up to one full billing period for it to appear on your statement.
